Refund policy
We hope you love all of your items but understand that sometimes things just don't fit as expected or suit your needs. We created this straightforward and easy return/exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase. As always, THANK YOU for shopping with us! Eligibility:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at blueroanco22@gmail.com. Send your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print and attach to the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund/Exchange:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Once this process is complete you will be emailed either a copy of your refund or new tracking number if it is an exchange.
Damages/ Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not refund original shipping fees.
